Daewoo Express is the first and biggest transport system in Pakistan declared as Tobacco – Smoke Free Facility

Daewoo Express is the first and biggest transport system in Pakistan, now declared as Tobacco – Smoke Free Facility. It is the only transport company to have a nationwide network with various international trade links. Being a transport services provider the company owns a large fleet of buses from 58 terminals and sub terminals in all provinces touching more than 60 cities of Pakistan. Annually, over 6.6 million people travel through Daewoo Express.

Management of Daewoo Express has taken environment friendly initiative and protected the nonsmoker’s health. Inauguration ceremony was conducted on April 2017. Dr. Minhaj-us-Siraj, Project Director was the chief Guest. Capt. Waqas Rasheed, Additional Deputy Commissioner and Syed Jawad Muzaffar, Secretary ITA were participated specially. Project Staff and Daewoo Express Staff were present during the inauguration. A training session for authorised officers of Daewoo Express was also conducted.
